Viameade Resort

Stony Lake is one of the region’s most beautiful attractions, and there’s no better way to appreciate it than an overnight stay on its shores. Viamede offers both waterfront cottage and hotel rooms, with access to 9km of gorgeous walking trails. Bobcaygeon Inn

The Bobcaygeon Inn sits on the Trent-Severn Waterway, a National Historic Site of Canada. The Inn was built in 1873, so there’s plenty of history here too. Bobcaygeon is known as the “Hub of the Kawarthas,” making it the perfect home base to explore the region. There’s tons of fun to be had in town or in surrounding sugarbushes, but if you don’t feel like venturing far, The Royal Moose Grill & Waterfront Patio is the ideal place to enjoy the relaxing local atmosphere.
