We purchase no less than 75% of our produce, meats, cheese and coffee from local growers and makers that go in to our daily menu. Every day, we’ll have things like handcrafted sandwiches, tacos, salads, fruit & savory pies, home baking, salsas & chutneys and more. What you’ll see change daily/weekly, based on what the growing season brings us, are ingredients. Ingredients that fluctuate, but are always fresh. Even our coffee is roasted locally within no more than two weeks from when you drink it. When we have an abundance of ingredients, look for our preserves and canning to line the shelves and for our ready made frozen selections like Casseroles, Pastas, Soups & Sweet & Savory Pies. We make our fresh smoothies in the same spirit using the freshest seasonal produce, but we kick it up a notch by adding probiotics from our homemade coconut milk yogurt, pea protein powder and almond milk. Our model is cost plus…so when we buy it cheaper from our local growers and makers, you can be assured we pass those savings on to you. Our hope is to bring healthy and organic ready made foods currently afforded by a few to the many. Be Fresh! Go Local!
