From the garden to your plate, the Seasoned Spoon Café wants to help you understand what farm-to-table means to you. With an extensive variety of workshops, the Seasoned Spoon is located on Trent University Campus and is focused on food education. South Pond Farms workshops focus on eating in season and using local ingredients. Workshops are scheduled year round but can also be arranged privately. Chef Brian Henry runs the Kawartha Culinary School offering a large variety of courses from beginner to experienced. The best part is—all courses happen in your own home, so you’ll know you have everything you need to recreate the recipes you’ll learn. Contact Chef Brian Henry for other culinary class location options.
